• Shift constraints: You must work strictly in the night shift to support overseas clients.
• Communication skills: High-level verbal and written english, strong phonetics, and professional etiquette are mandatory.
• Conflict resolution: You must be highly skilled at handling difficult or irate callers calmly.
• Channels: Managing omnichannel support via both international phone calls and email.
• Performance metrics: Meeting tight project KPIs and SLAs while performing deep research to resolve complex vendor queries. [1, 2]
