Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi, along with either Kannada or Telugu.

Language Requirements

• English + Hindi + Kannada

OR

• English + Hindi + Telugu

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation mandatory (any stream).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Previous social media customer support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Work in rotational shifts, if required.

Interview Details

• Walk-in interview only.
• Work from office at Electronic City, Bangalore.
• Candidates must meet the language and experience requirements.
