We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, service coordination, and support operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, logging and tracking service requests, and ensuring timely resolution through effective coordination with internal teams.

The candidate will be responsible for managing service tickets, following up on open issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding status updates and resolution timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously without losing track of priorities.

The position involves working closely with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure that customer issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updates within the system is a critical part of the role.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as ERPNext or similar platforms is essential to manage tickets, track service activities, and ensure proper documentation.

This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely responses, structured follow-ups, and reliable coordination across departments.
