Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Sr. Executive US Background Verification (Outbound Voice)

Job Description:

Are you looking to build or grow your career in the US Voice Process space? We are hiring dynamic candidates for our US Background Verification (Outbound Voice) process at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to verify US applicants' personal, educational, and employment credentials.

Accurately document verification details and update internal databases in a timely manner.

Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in data recording and caller interactions.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate (Freshers welcome!).

Experience: 06 months in BPO/Customer Support (Prior US Process or Outbound experience is a strong advantage).

Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

Work Details & Perks:

Shift Window: 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST (Rotational 9.5-hour shift).

Work Week: 5 Days Working (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off).

Job Location: Loma IT Park, Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai).

Transport: One-way cab facility provided.
