Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹42,000 – ₹46,000 CTC per month

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats and emails.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell whenever required.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or Sales.
• International BPO experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
