Customer Support Executive – Telecalling

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide proper assistance through calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
