Salary Structure

Freshers

• CTC: ₹32,000 per month
• Includes ₹1,000 performance-linked incentive (PLI)

Experienced Candidates

• CTC: ₹34,000 per month
• Includes ₹1,000 performance-linked incentive (PLI)
• Minimum 6 months of documented work experience required

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel through voice support.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions accurately and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are eligible for the ₹32,000 CTC package.
• Candidates with at least 6 months of documented experience are eligible for the ₹34,000 CTC package.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Ability to attend a virtual interview.

Pay: Up to ₹34,000.00 per month
