Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join a Non-Voice / Email Support process. The role involves handling customer queries through email, understanding customer concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests through email.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Respond to emails professionally within the required turnaround time.
• Understand and resolve customer issues as per process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain professional written communication and customer service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice / Email Support is required.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• English + any 1 regional language.
• Good typing and email-writing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be comfortable working on-site.
