Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding their queries or requests.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer queries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer support tools.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
