Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in International Voice Process (IVP) or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure; strong interpersonal skills required.
