Transcom is hiring Customer Success Associates for its Domestic Insurance Voice Process. The role involves communicating with customers about health, motor and life insurance services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
• Explain insurance-related products and services.
• Address customer questions regarding insurance offerings.
• Assist customers with service-related enquiries.
• Use effective persuasion and customer engagement techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Achieve assigned quality, service and sales performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Domestic insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Good English and Hindi communication.
• Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
• Clear speech and correct grammar.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
