Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates with good communication skills to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and providing timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Update customer details and interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a relevant role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
