Tele Sales Executive

• Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Customer Support Executive

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email as required.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills
English communication preferred/mandatory as per process
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Good convincing and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Previous experience in BPO / Tele Sales / Customer Support / Voice Process will be an advantage
Freshers can apply for selected processes

SALARY UPTO 18k for freshers and up to 30k for exp
