Customer Support Executive (WFH)

Working Days & Hours

• Working days: Fridays to Tuesdays (Off days: Wed & Thurs)
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, online chat, and other social media/marketing platforms in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and company policies
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and efficiency
• Assist agents with customer-related inquiries
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese to support Chinese speaking clients (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and patience
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Preferably with a customer service background (minimum 1 year of experience is a plus)
• Consistent work history with a reliable track record
• Certificate or Diploma in any field is preferred
