Eligibility

• Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with relevant BPO/customer support experience can also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.

Salary / CTC

• Fresher: 13 LPA CTC
• 6 Months Experience: 13.5 LPA CTC
• 1 Year & Above Experience: 14 LPA CTC

WFH System RequirementsCandidates must have:

• Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent
• Windows 10 or above
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• 50+ Mbps stable Wi-Fi/Internet speed
• A quiet and suitable workspace for handling voice calls
• Reliable internet connectivity throughout the shift

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and other process-related concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Rotational shifts

• Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
