Customer Support Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries at L1 level.
• Handle product, installation, repair/service, warranty, delivery, invoice, registration, order and complaint-related queries.
• Perform basic troubleshooting as per SOP/Knowledge Base.
• Create and update customer tickets in CRM.
• Follow up on pending service/repair cases.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team.
• Maintain professional communication, empathy and ownership while ensuring good CSAT.

Eligibility:

• 10+2, Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of BPO/Customer Support experience can be considered.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables, E-commerce or After-Sales Support is preferred.
• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in at least one South Indian language — Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam — is mandatory.
• Good customer-handling, listening, probing and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools.
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
