Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium US Voice Process. The role involves assisting US customers over the phone, understanding their concerns, and providing professional and timely support.

Candidates should have excellent English communication skills and a professional approach toward customer handling.

• Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support:
• Handle customer calls and assist with their queries.
• Issue Resolution: Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. confidently and professionally with US customers.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a polite, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
• Process Compliance: Follow company processes and maintain required service standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• English Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Shift: Comfortable working rotational night shifts. communication, listening, and customer-handling skills.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
