What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end order processing in SAP (from order to billing)
• Work with large, complex datasets using advanced Excel
• Completing diverse administration tasks according to market needs.
• Support customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, global environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI tools
• Play a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and service quality

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong SAP experience (essential)

✅ Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets)

✅ AI curiosity – interest or exposure to AI, automation, or smarter ways of working

✅ Background in customer operations / order management / supply chain

Bonus Points For

➕ Experience with Winshuttle / Precisely

➕ Exposure to tools like Power BI or Tableau

➕ Process improvement or automation experience
