Tecnavia is hiring an Entry-Level Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Burnsville, MN.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the day-to-day contact and primary point person for our publisher partners.
• Learn to manage and develop client relationships through the full account life-cycle—including onboarding, client UI walk-throughs, ongoing support, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize internal systems to ensure all account information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with our team to help create strategies for new publishers and product implementations.
• Track, resolve, and escalate client issues while clearly communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally.
• Participate in regular knowledge-share sessions to learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
• Cultivate positive, long-lasting business relationships with clients and internal teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Gmail/Calendar) and a strong aptitude to learn new software systems quickly.
• Work Style: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bonus Points (Not required, but a plus!): Customer service experience, working knowledge of HTML/Javascript, basic web development, or Ad serving experience (DFP/Windows).

Work Location & Schedule:

• Location: Hybrid remote out of our Burnsville, MN office (Must be located in or able to relocate to the Twin Cities area before starting).
• Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (8 hours a day, 5 days a week with a 1-hour lunch break). Note: Includes working one weekend every third week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year (Based on qualifications)
