CUSTOMER SUPPORT - FRESHER(HINDI)

MCUT Factory is looking for a Customer Support Executive with good Hindi communication skills to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Communicate with customers in Hindi and explain product details and pricing.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
• Build customer relationships and support order conversion.

Requirements

• Hindi speaking is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of calling experience can apply.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Tamil and English communication skills are an added advantage.

Working Details

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
