What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels
- Communicate professionally with German-speaking customers
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve issues while maintaining a strong customer-service experience
- Accurately document interactions and update relevant systems
- Follow established processes and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with internal teams when additional support is required
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- German language proficiency – B2 level or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
- Good customer-service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working from the office in Cairo
- Willingness to work within the assigned shift window
Pay: E£23,000.00 - E£29,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
