Role & responsibilities

1. Greet and interact with visitors to provide a warm and welcoming experience.

2. Address customer queries related to games, activities, and facilities promptly and professionally.

3. Assist visitors in understanding and participating in games and activities.

4. Promote and cross-sell games, packages, and other offerings to maximize customer engagement.

5. Ensure customer safety by monitoring trampoline park activities and enforcing safety guidelines.

6. Provide information about rules, safety instructions, and game mechanics to visitors.

7. Handle minor troubleshooting for games and escalate technical issues as needed.

8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers.

9. Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve service delivery
