Customer Support Intern

About the Role:

Marham is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and responsible Customer Support Representative (CSR) Intern to join our Operations Department. This is a 3-month paid internship with a formal performance evaluation process that offers a direct path to a permanent, full-time job role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests professionally
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
• Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution and follow-ups
• Maintain a positive customer experience and service quality standards
• Manage customer interactions through calls and support systems
• Update customer records and maintain proper follow-ups
• Meet daily productivity and response targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed (Mandatory)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Call Center / CSR role
• Strong communication and customer dealing skills
• Good computer handling and typing skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
