Customer Support Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic graduate with good communication skills to support schools participating in a large-scale digital assessment initiative. The role involves assisting school representatives and coordinators with registration, onboarding, login, platform navigation, and assessment-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist schools with platform usage and assessment procedures.
• Resolve queries and escalate technical issues when required.
• Track support requests and follow up for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain support records and daily reports.

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
