Customer Support (Japanese Speaking)

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional housing solutions. Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized support throughout their property search journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with Japanese speaking clients to ascertain their housing requirements and address inquiries.
• Recommend and shortlist properties aligned with client needs.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, including scheduling appointments and accompanying clients on-site.
• Negotiate rental terms and assist with lease agreement procedures.
• Prepare and execute service agreements with corporate clients.
• Provide move-in assistance and ongoing support for tenants, including interpretation for maintenance or facility-related issues.
• Assist tenants during move-out procedures and participate in handover inspections.

Requirements:

• Education in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, sales, or customer service.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a keen understanding of clients' unique circumstances, such as lifestyle and family needs.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with people.
• Proficient in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle is preferred.
