Working Time: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Location: THIRUVALLA

We are a leading manufacturer and retailer of pre-hung doors, wooden flooring, veneers, and interior products, with a growing network of showrooms across multiple districts.

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to lead our Customer Care & Installation Services function, ensuring seamless post-sales experience and high customer satisfaction across all our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide technical support

• Coordinate with building projects, consultants and contractors

• Coordinate supply, site installation and handover of pre-hung doors (doors with frame)

• Work closely with internal team (sales, ,production, planning and logistics)

• Ensure timely execution and resolution of customer issues.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Prepare reports and follow-up for project progress

Guide and supervise installation teams for quality execution

• Identify and resolve site-related issues affecting product performance

• Maintain service standards and improve customer experience systems

• Coordinate closely with showroom teams, factory, and installers

• Prepare regular service reports and performance reviews

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years' experience in interiors, doors, furniture, or construction-related services

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects

• Customer focused and solution oriented mindset

• Knowledge of building materials, construction processes and door installation methods preferable.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reports.

• Willingness to travel across branch locations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
