Customer Support Manager - Health Care

A medical project is looking for a Customer Support Manager to assist with processing financial information related to patients' stays in hospitals in the United States. The role is similar to that of a medical support specialist but with a stronger focus on finances and documentation.

What You Will Do

• Enter patient information into the internal system;
• Verify patients’ insurance conditions;
• Collect financial information: bills, assets, cash flow;
• Prepare and send invoices to insurance companies in the U.S.;
• Track incoming payments;
• Communicate with representatives of medical institutions and insurance companies by phone (calls to the U.S.).

• Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. time);
