Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Experience: 4+ years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer support team and daily operations
- Manage rotational shifts, rosters, and support coverage
- Handle escalations and complex customer queries
- Monitor team performance, support metrics, and service quality
- Drive improvements in support processes, workflows, and customer experience
- Work with CRM/helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Zoho Desk, or similar
- Support team hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Requirements:
- Strong team-handling and leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Hands-on experience in live chat & email support
- Experience managing shift-based teams
- E-commerce, IT, or product support experience preferred
- Voice/calling support experience is a plus
