Job Description

We are looking for customer support professionals with experience in Master Data Management (MDM/MDG), preferably with exposure to Sales and/or Marketing processes. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to resolve issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM/MDG).
• 1–3 years of experience in an international BPO environment.
• Customer support experience.
• Working knowledge of Sales and/or Marketing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and resolve issues in real time.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Work Schedule & Shift Details

• 24x5 support with weekends off.
• Flexibility to work in APJ, EMEA, and US shifts, as assigned after training.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
• Cab facility for female employees working shifts between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable attending a face-to-face interview.
• Candidates must be flexible with international shift timings.
• Candidates must be comfortable with the 6-month C2H arrangement, which is extendable.
