Multilingual Customer Support Executive

Job Location: Bangalore Electronic City

Languages Required

Candidates should be proficient in:

• English + Bengali, OR
• English + Malayalam

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer emails professionally.
• Assist patients with appointment bookings and related queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer/patient concerns effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.
• Achieve assigned quality and productivity metrics.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up on customer requests.

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational week-offs
• Shifts may be rotational as per business requirements.

Eligibility

• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Experienced candidates are also welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Good communication skills in English along with Bengali or Malayalam are mandatory.
