We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Non-Voice / Chat Support Process in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore. Candidates with prior experience in customer service, chat support, or non-voice processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional written communication and service quality.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow data privacy, security, and compliance guidelines.
• Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Non-Voice, or Chat Support.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing speed and computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in day shifts with rotational week-offs.
• Graduation preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
