What you’ll be doing

• Answer customer questions and sort out issues (calls, chats, emails — wherever they come in).
• Turn "I'm frustrated" into "okay that actually helped, thanks".
• Keep track of customer issues so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Work with other teams when a problem needs backup.
• Spot recurring issues and flag them so they get fixed for good.
• Making sure customers leave the conversation happier than they started.

What we’re looking for

• Any diploma or degree works — we care more about how you handle people than your major.
• Patient, calm, good listener (even when someone's not being calm themselves).
• Clear communicator who can explain things simply.
• Comfortable multitasking without losing your cool.
• Comfortable multitasking between calls, chats, and tickets.
• Genuinely likes helping people, not just tolerating it.
• Simple computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets — nothing scary).
• Fresh Graduate, Entry Level, Mid-Career switch? Totally fine !
