About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join Kwong Ngee Engineering Pte Ltd. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers through multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
• Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
• Answer and record all incoming requisition from customers
• Disseminate work requests to operation teams
• Updating of work orders and schedules
• Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
• Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
• Data entry of records
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be willing to work on shift schedules
