Customer Support Officer

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: €1,400 - €1,700 gross per month, depending on experience

Our client is a well-established company operating in the maritime transportation sector, providing spare parts and marine services support to vessels and shipping operators.

The company is looking to strengthen its client-facing operations team with a Customer Support Officer who can manage client enquiries and supplier coordination with confidence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, sourcing and coordinating with suppliers, and providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and ensure a high level of service at all times.
• Research, compare, and evaluate offers from potential vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment for each vessel.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Provide day-to-day admin and operational support to the team.
• Manage and maintain the internal database and filing system.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar customer support or coordination role (preferred).
• Good commercial awareness of the shipping/maritime industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
