What you’ll be doing
- Answer customer queries via call, chat & email.
- Troubleshoot issues and find quick fixes.
- Log and track complaints till resolution.
- Keep customers updated every step of the way.
- Escalate tricky issues to the right team.
- Gather feedback to help us improve.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
What we’re looking for
- Any diploma or degree (Any field) – Certificate is a plus !
- Great listener with clear communication
- Patient, calm under pressure
- Quick thinker, sharp problem-solver
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools a bonus)
- Friendly attitude, team spirit
