Customer Support Officer

Santa Monica Study Abroad is looking for a customer-focused and organized Customer Support Officer to assist students and prospective applicants with enquiries related to overseas education services. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, coordinating with the counselling team, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
• Provide general information about the company's study abroad services and consultation process.
• Coordinate student appointments with the counselling team.
• Follow up with prospective students regarding enquiries and scheduled consultations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enquiry records in the company's system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
• Address customer concerns courteously and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Support daily customer service operations and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company policies.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Malayalam communication skills are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
