• Handling incoming & outgoing calls, emails and chats with good communication skills professionally.

• Should speak fluently in at least 3 Indian regional languages.

• Exceptional phone manner.

• Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be flexible, organized, and function well under pressure.

• Documenting all the calls.

• Quality & AHT to be maintained as per process requirement.

• Always be updated with the Process knowledge.

• Should take initiatives & be flexible for the changes.

• Basic knowledge on Computer skills.

• Work from office.
