Position:Customer Support Officer

Location: Enugu (on-site)

Digital Dreams is looking for a Customer Support Officer to respond to enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

* Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.

* Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional approach in every interaction.

Requirements

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.

* Basic computer skills and proficiency in digital communication tools.

* Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
