Our client is is a company in Thailand that distributes, imports, and exports electronic circuit board products across the local market in Thailand is URGENTLYlooking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

Job responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about products, prices, stock, and delivery
• Prepare quotations and purchase orders
• Process orders and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to solve customer issues
• Handle product issues, returns, and exchanges
• Negotiate and coordinate with customers regarding price, delivery, and other conditions
• Communicate with overseas offices and manufacturers in English
• Maintain customer and order records

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Support in Electronic company
• Good English(Communication level is OK)
• Experience communicating and negotiating with customers

Additional Information

Salary: Up to 30K / Month

(salary depends on working experience & skill)

Working days: Monday – Friday (8.00 AM - 17:00 PM)
