Customer Support Operations Manager

Auto IT provides Dealer Management System (DMS) software to automotive, agricultural and trucking dealerships across ANZ and APAC, and is part of Constellation Software’s Perseus Operating Group. Due to an internal move, we’re looking for a Support Operations Manager to lead our support function and lift the customer experience across our products and regions.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coach our Support Team Leads across multiple regions
• Standardise workflows, SOPs, SLAs and KPIs so support is consistent and scalable
• Own critical escalations and work with Product and Development to fix root causes
• Find automation and efficiency opportunities and use data to drive decisions
• Get support ready for every new product release

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years in customer or technical support management, in SaaS and ideally DMS
• Experience leading multi-region teams and scaling support operations
• Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms and familiarity with ITIL
• A data-driven, strategic mindset paired with strong coaching and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
