Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a permanent work-from-home opportunity in a semi-voice process. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

• Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in any BPO process.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

• Assessment VETI-5 is required.

Salary Details:

• Freshers: 21,500 CTC

• Experienced Candidates: 23,500 CTC

Shift Details:

• 24/7 rotational shifts

• Rotational weekly offs

Technical Requirements:

• Intel Core i5 processor, 5th Generation or above

• Stable and reliable internet connection

• Suitable work-from-home setup
