Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and onboarding via chat, email, and support tickets
• Maintain and update internal help documentation, FAQs, and user guides for our software platforms
• Coordinate closely with our product and engineering teams to report bugs and track feature requests
• Monitor user feedback and satisfaction metrics to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Help guide new users through system setups to ensure smooth adoption of our automation tools

We’re looking for:

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset

✔ Basic understanding or strong passion for tech products, software, and AI tools

✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when troubleshooting technical issues

✔ Detail-oriented with a structured approach to managing support tickets and tasks
