Job Description: Customer Service Voice Process (Inbound)

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Customer Service Voice Process Inbound. The role involves handling incoming calls and resolving customer queries effectively. There are no sales targetsthe focus is entirely on delivering excellent customer experience**.**

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Document call information and maintain call logs as per process guidelines. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet process quality standards and service-level metrics**.**

Shift Details:

Shift Window:

Male- Between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Female-Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Shift Duration: Any 10-hour shift (including 1-hour break) Working Hours: 9 hours

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory.

Experience Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary Structure

0 11 months experience: 17,900 (in-hand)

1+ year experience: 19,700 (in-hand)
