You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—handling inbound calls, supporting our service team, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is about more than answering phones; it’s about creating a positive first impression that sets our agency apart.

Starting Salary: $4 per hour

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

Answer inbound calls with a professional and friendly tone

Assist clients with basic requests (policy questions, updates, documents)

Accurately manage client information in our systems

Support the service team with follow-ups and administrative tasks

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every caller

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role is required.

Strong written and spoken English

Ability to work US business hours (EST)

Reliable internet connection with a backup plan (100 MBPS above internet speed/ LAN Cable for internet)

Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a Noise Canceling Headset

Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided

Back-up Power Source

At least 2 Monitor Set up and a back up Computer

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞:

Before any offer is made, applicants must complete a live verification of their:

Internet speed

Headset

This verification will take place during working hours.

Pay is every 2 weeks
