We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative to help customers explore AT&T Fiber services while delivering a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving customer needs, and developing skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Representative

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and service preferences.
• Introduce AT&T Fiber products and services while clearly explaining features, benefits, and available options.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process and provide guidance on the next steps.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while following company procedures, campaign guidelines, and service standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support daily customer engagement and achieve individual and team performance goals.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Support Representative

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and starting conversations in a face-to-face environment.
• Dependable, motivated, and open to learning new skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while staying focused on individual and team objectives.
