Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support + Virtual Assistant who can provide reliable customer service while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, highly communicative, and comfortable working with Odoo and handling customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including email, chat, phone, and other support platforms.
• Provide professional and timely responses to customer concerns and requests.
• Manage and update customer information and records in Odoo.
• Assist with administrative and general VA tasks as needed.
• Follow up on customer concerns, requests, and pending issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is properly documented.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Follow company processes and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience handling multi-channel customer support.
• Odoo experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with different systems and online tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
