Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries professionally through calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain a polite and professional communication style.
• Resolve customer issues as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow process, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet assigned performance and quality parameters.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a professional environment.
