Customer Support Representative

Good support can change someone’s whole day. We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can make that happen.

In this role, you’ll help customers get clear answers, solve problems, and feel supported from the first conversation to the final solution. You’ll be friendly, patient, and confident communicating across phone, email, and chat.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer questions and concerns
• Help resolve account, order, billing, product, or service issues
• Listen carefully and explain next steps in a clear, simple way
• Keep accurate notes and follow up when needed
• Work with teammates to solve more complex problems
• Share customer feedback that can help improve the experience

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and people skills
• A helpful, positive, and professional attitude
• Someone who stays calm and organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools
• A reliable problem-solver who takes ownership
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call-center experience is helpful, but not required
