💡 What You’ll Do

• Support the Licensing team by managing customer queries and administrative sales functions
• Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution
• Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
• Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
• Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
• Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Experience in a customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• Ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively
• Attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems

• Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
