About the role

We are seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to provide excellent customer service and patient engagement for our healthcare operations. This role requires clear communication, empathy, and the ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and provide excellent customer service
• Handle patient inquiries with empathy and advocacy
• Maintain professional demeanor and communicate clearly with patients
• Follow established call scripts and procedures
• Document calls accurately in the system
• Meet quality and performance KPIs
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and service delivery

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear English communication with professional accent
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred — candidates with conversational or professional Spanish-speaking capability will be considered for a higher compensation rate
• Patient engagement and customer service aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes and scripts
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Reliability and punctuality
• Healthcare industry exposure (preferred)
• Previous phone-based customer interaction experience (preferred)
